In today's world the day starts with business and ends with business and all this revolves around one person.
“The Customer”; who in the words of Mahatma Gandhi is 'God'. In an endeavor to please this God we need a new generation of managers who can wade through the vagaries of complex human behaviour, environments and management hazards. The managers are not born; it is the right type of spark of knowledge released at the right time, which will ignite the talent to make a person 'A Manager'.

We at NIAM shape the managers and provide them the right type of spark of knowledge. We had conceived a unique curriculum, which was recognized by Gauhati University and hence launched the MBA and BBA (Industry Integrated)TM Regular degree program. The program emphasizes on the global vision, professionalism, personality development and leadership skills to enable the students become good managers with a view to please the “Customer God”.

I am very positive that the students after going through the course will be better persons, good leaders and professional managers for whom the sky will be the limit.
